Corral Cleaning operation established in 2016. This business has established a large customer base in the short period it has been in operation. It has a customer base of some 101 clients in this short period of time. The customers are located in South western Saskatchewan and Central Alberta. This business could be relocated. The owner had three other businesses when he started this one but it grow so quickly he had to hire a manager to run the loader and manage the operations. The manager then employed his son who owned a couple of trucks for spreading, In the years of 2018- 2020 the manager was using more of his families trucks than the owner of the business. In 2020 the owner was able to lease out horse training arena and had placed an other business for sale which had enabled him to take back over the Corral Cleaning business this spring.
